Nutrition Services Certification Training and Membership
A couple of advantages to obtaining membership and certification from the School Nutrition Association (SNA) are the knowledge gained on many topics within the food industry, and the incentive of a hourly stipend from the employer for maintaining certification. * you do not get paid for the training to achieve levels 1-3 certification.

https://schoolnutrition.org/education/certificate/bridge-level/
If you want to advance to Level 2 before July 2018, you would take the additional required courses to get to that level and then in July you would automatically move up to Level 3, without the additional classes.
